In Afghanistan’s largest hydroelectric power plant, Napuska hydroelectric power station, resumed the work of one of their turbines.
Recently restored, the turbine has the capacity to generate power of 25 MW and is connected with a national network of Afghanistan. Is currently active, three of the four turbines of the plant. Turbine No. 1 was not operational since 2012, resumed after its rehabilitation project naghlu hydropower rehabilitation with the financial support of the Trust Fund Afghanistan reconstruction (ARFT).
